Welcome to the Olli and Luna website.

Mr Ollivander and Luna Lovegood are the names of my two Siamese cats who were the inspiration for this venture.

Whilst working as a freelance designer for the greetings card industry I had been producing pet portraits on canvas for friends and family in my spare time.  I have always had such a wonderful reaction to my work but it wasn’t until I did portraits of Olli and Luna and hung them on the wall at home that I realised just how much people loved them.  It was the general consensus that it should not be just a hobby and, as I enjoyed it so much, I decided to make it my new venture.

I specialise in bringing out the very best in existing pet photos.  I take great care in editing, manipulating and enhancing the photos until they are completely remastered.  When the portrait is finished it looks like a painting or a drawing rather than just a photograph.

Each portrait is then printed onto 425gms Artists Grade 100% cotton canvas using pigment based U/V stable inks for increased longevity.   At this point they can be given a coat of matte Giclee varnish for extra protection against moisture and abrasion.  They are then hand stretched onto 38mm deep gallery frames made from high quality kiln dried fir.
